Kim Varnadore

Adiaris helps State Farm customers secure coverage for the things they've worked so hard for! She assists all customers who are new to State Farm, learning what's important to them and helping them identify gaps in their current insurance plan. Adiaris has a passion for helping people understand how their insurance coverage decisions impact the things they have worked so hard for!

Jasmine joined the team as a front desk Office Representative, but quickly promoted to a Customer Care team member. Prior to joining Kim's agency, Jasmine worked in the medical field.  She is empathetic and thorough.  As a Customer Care team member, Jasmine works with existing customers by  servicing their policies and helping them to identify and fill gaps in their current protection plan.

Jody is our part time Office Assistant.  She has been serving State Farm customers for over 4 years.  While Jody is not customer facing, she plays a vital roll in delivering outstanding service to our customers by following up on outstanding documents, making reminder calls to our customers, and following up on issued policies. 

Renee is our part time virtual Customer Care team member.  Although she works from home, Renee's presence in the day to day activities of the office is vital.  She serves our team and customers by working customer follow up reports and assisting with customer retention.

Duane is Kim's better half.  While not always customer facing, he handles the operations of the agency and works with commercial business customers.  You may not see him out front, but he works tirelessly behind the scenes with vendors, office maintenance and back office operations.
